I am truly inspired by God; just take a look at the beauty of nature among the bees, grasshoppers, and ants and you will understand what I mean. I am also inspired when youth unite as one force whether it be on issues of climate change and environmental protection, or equal rights and justice. This inspiration has led me to join other youth in these struggles to make even a little bit of difference in our world. As well I am inspired by those who work tirelessly to help people who are... Leaders produce leaders not followers. They encourage independence in those that they lead and they always aspire to achieve what is best for the team. A good leader knows that in order to gain respect, he/she must first show it. A good leader is always willing to provide support, moral or otherwise to the team.
